The Be An Athlete 30 Day Leg Challenge

In August we shared the Be An Athlete 30 Day Abs Challenge, and the response was incredible. Out of the goodness of our hearts, we finished on a rest day, but day 29 was certainly not for the faint hearted, demanding 135 sit ups, 135 leg raises and 250 seconds of good old fashioned planking. So, now that you’re walking around with a muscle rippling, washboard stomach, let’s get those thighs and calves looking just as good – presenting the Be An Athlete 30 Day Legs Challenge.

Consisting of burpees, lunges and jump squats, these three exercises can be done at home, at the office, or pretty much anywhere else, and therefore, are the perfect way to slip a little fitness into your day if it’s difficult finding time for the gym.

And following hot off the tracks of London Fashion Week, leggings are to set to continue as a huge trend for autumn and winter 2014, so it’s the perfect time to get your pins looking better than ever.
